Shipping Service
All orders are available for delivery within Mainland China.
Shipping Fee & Payment: Free shipping is included in the listed price of all orders.
Shipping Carrier: Shipments are dispatched via our partnered international express provider.
Dispatch Schedule: All orders will be arranged for shipment within 5 calendar days upon payment confirmation.
Note: Due to product and logistics restrictions, delivery service is unavailable for a small number of regions.
Return Policy
For products purchased on the Nafyre official website, you may submit a return request within 14 calendar days from the shipment date. If the 14‑day return window expires before you have received the goods for 7 days, your return eligibility will be extended until 7 days after you receive the package.
Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:1.The returned item must be unused, undamaged, free of odour and contamination, and in resalable condition.
2.If an invoice has been issued for your order, the original invoice must be returned together with the item.
3.If the return is caused by our liability, including product quality defects, incorrect shipment, missing items or lost parcels, we will cover the return shipping cost. The shipping fee must be claimed based on actual charges and shall not exceed the standard rate of regular courier services. For all other return reasons, the return shipping cost shall be borne by you. Please send the return via standard courier. We reserve the right to refuse parcels sent freight collect or by ordinary surface mail.
Notes
1.Please contact our customer service promptly if you intend to request a return. We reserve the right to reject return requests submitted after the valid return period.
2.We reserve the rights to:
- Refuse receipt of parcels returned outside the return period;
- Decline refunds for items returned after the return period expires;
- Reject returns if the condition of the item differs from its original condition at the time of dispatch.
